Content Marketing Specialist & Project Coordinator (F/M)

Permanent Contract – Full time (40 H/W)

 

Role:

  • Write articles in German and French for LAR’s Magazine LAR NEWS, published twice a year
  • Produce content for LAR and FLAR (Fondation Luxembourg Air Rescue) webpages
  • Keep social media channels and digital content up to date in line with marketing best practice and ensure that the content is fresh and presented in a user-friendly manner
  • Ensure all content is on brand, in terms of style, quality and tone
  • Create content for press releases, articles, presentations and flyers
  • Assist the Head of Marketing & PR with the coordination of projects between Member Office, Reception- and Marketing Department, while keeping stakeholders up to speed
  • Provide project updates on a regular basis
  • Monitor project costs to ensure these are kept within budget
  • Conduct guided visits of LAR facilities

 

Profile:

Candidates should have:

  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communication or Journalism
  • Strong writing skills and a love of storytelling
  • Very good communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in content production, digital and product marketing
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-team capacity. The role requires work across functions and departments, as well as regular interaction with teammates and prospects
  • Effective planning skills and flexibility
  • Language skills: French, German, English, Luxembourgish

  • Mitarbeit bei der Kreation und Adaption von Werbemitteln;

Ihr Profil:

 

  • Sie sind ausgebildete(r) Grafiker(in);
  • Sprach- und Schriftgewandtheit in vier Sprachen (L, D, F, E) ist von Vorteil;
  • Sie besitzen konzeptionelle und planerische Fähigkeiten sowie einen hohen Grad an Eigeninitiative, Selbstmotivation und Flexibilität;
  • Sie sind kommunikativ, redegewandt und haben ein sicheres Auftreten.

Safety & Quality Officer (m/f)

Permanent contract - 40 H/W

 

Position Overview:

 

The Safety & Quality Officer assists and supports the Department Manager and his Deputy on carrying out safety & compliance monitoring and assurance activities across the organisation approvals (EASA Air Ops, EASA Part 145 and EASA Part M) and ISO 9001 certification.

You will have to assist the head of department on the company safety management system, as well as various hazard identification and prevention activities. This role will give you the chance to work with a unique airline operation with exposure to the whole process.

 

The Safety & Quality Officer:

 

  • Reports to the Safety & Compliance Manager.
  • Assists in the development and review of company policies;
  • Assists in the implementation of an effective quality audit / compliance programme;
  • Assists in the accomplishment of regularly audits company procedures, practices, and documents to identify possible weaknesses or risks;
  • Assist in the Publication of Air Safety Reports in a timely manner;
  • Participating in formalising the important decisions as raised during the Action Group meetings, and Review Boards Meetings;
  • Document Control through review and publication in accordance with the company standards;
  • Both Safety and Compliance Records management;
  • Monitoring progress of corrective / preventive actions;
  • Monitoring the progress of Internal Incident / Occurrence reports
  • Monitoring the air safety reporting occurrence data base
  • Promoting Safety within the company.

 

Qualification / Education / Experience:

 

Essential:

 

  • University Bachelor’s degree in operational, aviation, engineering, or a related field;
  • Experience with ISO9001 norms and its implementation is required;
  • Computer-literate, especially MS Office;
  • Have the ability to communicate clearly at all levels with both internal and external stakeholders. You must also possess strong problem-solving abilities, with a flexible and adaptable attitude.
  • Fluency in written and spoken in French and in English;
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills

 

Desirable:

 

  • Master’s degree or related advanced degree would be beneficial;
  • Experience with EASA rules / regulations and its implementation would be an advantage;
  • Sound knowledge of safety management, hazard identification and mitigation systems and processes
  • Demonstrated detailed knowledge, application and responsibility for regulatory requirements, would be an advantage.
  • Demonstrate an excellent safety behaviour and attitude, follows regulatory practices and rules, recognise and promotes hazard reporting and ensures effective safety reporting.
  • Builds and maintains an excellent working relationship with the organisation’s departments
  • Any other language skills are considered an asset.
  • Knowledge of Q-Pulse would be an advantage;
  • Knowledge of the aviation environment would be an advantage.

 

Developments pending on the competences and ambition of the candidate:

 

  • To develop and monitor the company’s ISO procedures / processes
  • To manage the oversight of complex Quality / Compliance monitoring programme.
  • To become qualified, within one or more domains, to carry out internal Audits and Inspections.
  • To become qualified Health and Safety Officer “Travailleur Désigné”
  • To participate in Incident Investigations reported through Internal Incident / Occurrence reports.
  • To manage the company’s performance indicators (SPI / KPI).

  • Perform and certify maintenance tasks in accordance to Aircraft Maintenance Manuals, EASA regulations and internal procedures & standards
  • Supporting the expanding maintenance activities of the LJ45 fleet in Luxembourg
  • Ensuring ground handling duties on a regular basis
  • Assisting the flight crews on technical matters
  • Providing on-site technical support in case of AOG
  • Reporting job progress, possible delays or the need of extra work to the superior and to the customer
  • Participating in projects and collaborations abroad

 

Your Profile:

 

Qualifications & Knowledge

 

  • Holding a valid EASA Part-66 Cat. B1.1 license (mandatory); a first working experience on aircraft type LJ45 or C605 is considered as an asset
  • Being computer literate (MS Office); experience in Maintenance Management System would be an advantage
